Well, er... correct.
I think the subtle difference you will see that people who take themselves
very seriously and who make far-reaching conclusions (including those derived from champagne vintage) do not last as writers very long. Not on this board anyway.
We all have our pet complaints, and then there are mega-complaints (no booking class on ba.com - haven't heard about that one for a while have we?). They are usually mentioned as part of a good-natured discussion.
Yet every now and then you will see someone with post count of 4 making proclamations how "british air is the worst airline EVER !!!" and then explaining how they bought a non-flexible ticket and wanted it changed and "british air" refused and then they explained that other airlines are reasonable and this is just a bunch of fascists which we will never fly again, oh, and they did not hang my jacket and my tomato juice was yuck.
It is only just and fair that people like that get eaten alive.
