On the comping thing, this is news to me to; however, it appears you need to spend $25,000+ pa at Saks (a couple of suits, for example!) so are probably the kind of customer BA wants to attract:
  • Complimentary companion tickets
  • $250 off Club WorldSM fare to London
  • $50 off World Traveller PlusSM fare to London
  • Upgrade to FIRST
  • Complimentary Executive Club Silver Tier membership

(see here). I wonder if 'upgrade to First' is on J2BA? It seems that the comp. companion tickets and $ discounts off fares apply to any member, though.
Everything on your list, except for the last two items (upgrade and comp status) is included as part of the USEC Visa credit card. Except the reductions in Club and Plus are for all flights, not just to London.
