The film that aired yesterday was an updated edition with a recent visit to Engine 7/Ladder 1. Sadly, the health of those firefighters that survived is not so good. Many are now suffering respiratory problems.
This is scheduled to air in the US on CBS on Sunday the 10th, I think. Unfortunately there are several affiliates who don't want to show it, only want to show it later in the evening, or want to air a censored version because it's got swear words in it. Why someone would be able to handle this subject matter but not handle some (rather appropriate, I'd think) curses is beyond me.
I live across the street from Engine 7/Ladder 1 and am moved to tears every year as I watch their memorial services.
