The first recorded occurance of it (that I've found) on FT is in this thread. The first reference to it is in this thread on US Aviation by our friend PineyBob (i.e. where BoeingBoy first heard it). ClueByFour later responds "You're Welcome" to Piney later in that thread.
Boy, Jim - this must have been some research project! I can only imagine how many hits you got when you searched for "BloFares" and "Blow Fares"!!!
