Actually it would, take a look at the Boeing paper I've linked above, it covers all commercial aircraft.

With regards to "Hull Loss", doesn't Boeing's statement: "These definitions are consistent with those of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)." count for anything?

Doesn't "Loss" connotate something a lot more severe than simple damage?
