Location is good, close to the underground and taxis are easy to find. Club floor is good and rooms are nicely finished. It seems like from my experiences with communicating with the Adlon through email that they have been very helpful. I thinlk that some people consider it touristy because of the people in the lobby who come to see it. I have heard mixed things about the Ritz-Carlton.
