After some searching, the person to whom we should give credit to the term "BloFare(tm)" is ClueByFour.

The first recorded occurance of it (that I've found) on FT is in this thread. The first reference to it is in this thread on US Aviation by our friend PineyBob (i.e. where BoeingBoy first heard it). ClueByFour later responds "You're Welcome" to Piney later in that thread.
