Stayed here a few weeks ago and this was probably one of my best Starwood stay ever. No, really... Great staff, nice comfy & clean room and we were upgraded to a suite and we're only Gold members. First time in my life that I got an upgrade at a Starwood property...
Yes, this is not a new property or a newly renovated one either, but it's a good value. I don't know why it gets such a bad reputation, people just like to complain I guess. I've stayed at worst Sheratons than this one, at a much higher price. BTW, if you still think it's a bad place, they're in the process of a full renovation & new indoor water park, to be completed by summer 2007.
