the ANZ lounge didn't look crowded at all. I don't think that was the issue. After, this we, decided to use the AC lounge. It has the typical interior design of other AC lounges, but much smaller. There were no bathrooms, or showers. The service was also quite lacklustre. Nothing to write home about
