Summery - no upgrade, (although they had exec rooms available), no lounge access, they moved me 3 times in 4 days! and the general manager told me that:
1. They give no upgrades even when there is availability in order to keep exec rooms available for $$. Apparently there is a % they want to keep available but the actual number remains secret. Now lounge access either. He said this is the new Hilton policy
2. He does't have good opinion of elite members - in his words "demand a lot and complain a lot" I could't believe my ears

To top it off last night there were no bed sheets on my bed! The sent the bellboy with a poliester blanket and a set of sheets. I guess there is no housekeeping after 11PM
