One of the biggest pluses for me with the DL Shuttle is the Marine Air Terminal - one of the quickest, most efficient, and civilized air terminals in the entire country, not to mention, closer to NYC....
OP's handle doesn't mention any status, one way or the other. Just adding my two cents.
Also, looks like AA jumped into the fray offering some pretty cheap shuttle flights. Though, I believe they are all on RJs. (Got a note from our travel agent, but didn't really look at all the detail).
