Egg white omelette with real fresh turkey, avocado, mushrooms and onions with a side of fruit. If you're in Southern California, there's a place in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach on Newport Blvd called the Side Street Cafe that has this on their menu along with many other delectables!

Mouth waters at the mere thought of it.
