There was even a corner for questions on the last page of the FD Mailings, but I guess we are all smart enough to understand what to do if we don`t have a PIN or lost our card....
So I would vote for some serious questions and answers, instead of "I have lost my FD card " !! What can I do ??

I am not clear what the questions are as far as the free upgrade rule with NW is concerned, but ch_usa was right that upgrading CDG-AMS-DTW-SEA costs only 20,000 miles one way. The old rule where if there was a direct flight you would have to pay extra points does not exist anymore.
