I can't see Tallin as a city option on the booking website, so assume there is no way I can fly there with KLM miles?

However a ONE WAY ticket to SYD-KUL-AMS-HEL is entirely possible it seems? (A 1-way ticket to HEL ..... just my luck to be asking about that!)

Do KLM allow a stopover of choice on a one way award?
