Jekyll and Hyde - definitely agree
My experiences with Iberia consist of them losing my bag for 11 days whilst going round europe in 2003 - my bag went to more cities than I did... but that was all made good with an upgrade to J on GIG-MAD coming back from my South American trip (on an award ticket no less) for me and my partner . And I am a lowly silver/ruby with QF
