Most FI's mention in their in-room guides that they'll provide simple toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razors) upon request.

Sure enough, I was able to get a small Colgate at the front desk at the FI Grand Rapids this past weekend.

FI's don't stock lotions, though.
