I agree. Virgin is losing business because of this. I've started just to fly AA BOS-LHR and save money and save on Virgin's attitude. I've written to their customer service people about this. I've gotten one refund so far, but they are still holding another hostage.

On the other hand, I guess I'm lucky. One refund took "only" 16 days and the other is hovering at about 18 days, so maybe it will clear soon.
