It depends on the Lounge-Type:
There are Airline-Operated Lounges – Lounges operated by LH, LX or OS.
(FTL-Lounges or Business-Lounges). They are runned by the airline itself.
There you have Access with your FTL-Card and any *A Boarding-Pass.
Examples are all German Airports and some others: http://www.lufthansa.com/online/port...&nodeid=780671

In General an FTL traveling in Y is only allowed into "LH/LX/OS" own Lounges!

At many "Remote" Airports LH, OS or LX do not have own lounges.
They pay for the entry. There it depends on the Airline, as the Airline has to pay for your access. In VCE they all use the Generic Marco Polo Club. But there you only get an invitation if you travel on LX or OS if you are FTL. If you travel on LH you need to be SEN.
Same things on many other Airports.

So LX and OS are much more generous!
