Ive been a Virgin commuter to the US ever since they started and always preferred their overall service to the BA one on the same routes. BA score higher on destinations and number of flights but generally I think VS give a better transatlantic experience.

Sadly my direction of travel has just changed so my VS status will disappear in a flash, but they do look after you very well. The free chauffeur service and drive through check in make a major difference in convenience to BA's service, and the bed element of the seat is better than BA's.
