If you've got a Economy ticket on LX under LX flightnumber for example ex NRT you are allowed to use a lounge in NRT as FTL. If you fly LH, there is no lounge availible, according to the lounge directory.
Is the LX lounge access (LX Boarding pass) availible for all Miles&More FTLs or only for LX FTLs?

I assume on waitlists and so on, the own status customer is more valuable than the SENs and FTLs of the other Miles&More airlines.

There is no difference between an OS, LX or LH FTL or SEN regarding lounge access and Waitlist. Miles&More is only one programm for many Airlines. The only difference may be the Logo on the Card, the mailings/magazines you get and the level of stausmiles you need to qualify.

As an FTL the lounge access depends on the operating carrier. LX and OS are much more generous with lounge access when traveling Y and beeing FTL.
The Lounge-Access is available for all FTL traveling on LX and OS.
There are many examples where it is better not to travel with LH.
