Question about the difference between LH, LX or OS same status level

Hello,

are there any differences in the Miles&More program between the same status level depending on the airline (LH, LX or OS) issued the status?

If you've got a Economy ticket on LX under LX flightnumber for example ex NRT you are allowed to use a lounge in NRT as FTL. If you fly LH, there is no lounge availible, according to the lounge directory.
Is the LX lounge access (LX Boarding pass) availible for all Miles&More FTLs or only for LX FTLs?

I assume on waitlists and so on, the own status customer is more valuable than the SENs and FTLs of the other Miles&More airlines.

Best regards,
