Depends on the time of day. Morning SEA-MCO gets a hot breakfast sandwich and yogurt then a cookie prior to landing. All-nighter gets a cookie after take off I think and a scone prior to landing. Return MCO-SEA morning flight a breakfast sandwich and yogurt then cookie again prior to landing. Evening flight a choice of hot sandwich and something to accompany (it had been carrots and ranch dip for a while) and a cookie prior to landing.

It's true, however, Northern Bites is coming to transcons on 10/29 from what I hear.
