Teece - Dumb question, but where does it say you only need 400 TPs for Silver with a Nigeria address? I selected Nigeria on ba.com and it shows 600/1,500 TPs for Silver/Gold respectively.

If African addresses generally enjoyed the same lower TP thresholds as European addresses I'd change my current mailing address to my Cairo-based one in an instant!
