Ahem...on the point of in flight entertainment I can point you to another member of OW that fails miserably in this area and that lovely partner is AA. As for catering...well I guess they are probably on par with IB from what you describe (or do worse since nothing is free on domestic flights, some of which are 9 hours long ) and IMHO sounds like have inferior lounges. Service wise they probably do much better though.
