4*180 = 720, so you'll make Silver on this trip. If this were a mileage/TP run, then I'm sure you'd be looking to slip a quick I-class trip to AMS/FRA into your 12hr layover, so as not to waste 120 of the 180 TP's you'll get on that last leg...

EDIT - except you only need 400 points for silver! So you'll get that after the third leg, and 180 points towards renewal for the 4th leg. Are you flying in the US at all? If you're flying AA, then you could get the 40 points to take you to 400 via that route whilst you're there, and then get 360 towards gold or renewal on your return...
