I'm at T3 now, flying CX (not T4 and BA, but the principal is the same). Y check in queues and security would probably eat up 1.5-2 hours. Flying J, it took 1 min to check in and 15 mins to clear Fastrack. Even if you triple that, 2 hours should be plenty.

Remember, corporate travel agents don't travel that much and often don't have a clue about travelling conditions.
