Allow me to relate a little OT experience: quite a few years ago a large number of people I used to work with, from all over the world, got together for a special dinner. We went to a Spanish restaurant in Sydney (not my idea). They served us Gazpacho. Only *one* of us finished it, and I thought it was fantastic.

Iberia can, at times, be like Gazpacho: fine to a few, nasty to many.
