Strange thing was I was offered lounge access (RCC) as a 2P on a B fare ticket. Is this common or did the check-in agent do something strange? The lounge was pretty quiet, so I'm guessing it was because there were very few elites travelling, and the C pax were all op-ups or upgrades (but don't they get lounge access?)
