That I do not dount - one wonders then if this is a bacteriological matter - or if there was a salmonella carrier working there (they probably had absolutely no idea).
Please please correct me if I am wrong but the Kosher meals meant that they were prepared and then sealed under Rabbinical supervision? Thus how can you substitute that for a veg or fruit plate. I can see the meat/dairy issue but that is still not rabbinical supervision. Again if I am wrong please correct me as I would hate to give offense even unintentionally.
I was thinking of certain flights (JFK comes immediately to mind) where this could be quite a problem for the passengers.
