My experience.
Friday, Sept 1st. 5pm
* one hour of queue, no fast track at all
* bag drop of with OLCI (basically it's mandatory out of UK) ... huge ! I was able to skip it due to my BAEC piece of plastic, I had the idea the queue was as long as the security one. No idea if it was faster. If you want an estimate please consider an other 30 minutes.
All in all I'd say minimum 2 hours or 1 if with status.
