U.S. airlines have the right to refuse people on their planes if they they smell really bad, or what not. Maybe he was dressed in garbage. The way the article said it though, it just sounded like he wasn't dressed in the traditional business suit, and maybe he just had shorts and a hawaiian t-shirt on or something.
