I will try to help all I can, but we are getting very specific here If the bed is out, you should be able to get out fairly easily, maybe a small hop. I don't remember the power plug. THe row is on the way to the toilets, but there is a good amount of room between the seats and the toilets. The toilets were on the right side of the aircraft and I was on the left, so I had a good enough distance between me and the toilets.
