LO/TG/OS used to have quite bad seats but all three are taking care of that with refits. Varig is said to have the worst product, with UA and US close behind. But then UA and US compete with the likes of CO/NW/AA and DL none of which are really that much different. LH and OS must measure up to VS, BA, AF and KL for TATL and once the refit of C is complete, they will measure up very well.
