I just sent this: "I wish it was possible to link booked ITN's to your Miles # so it shows up under "my account". It would also be nice to be able to change seats on any reservation in your account, not just ones booked online. Many other airlines offer this feature and it's a HUGE timesaver not having to call customer service just to change a seat from an aisle to a window when it's booked via your company travel department. Calling can take 10 minutes or more and ties up a reservation agent for a remedial task. "
