Filmed by French documentary makers Jule and Gedeon Naudet and originally released on DVD (911 - The Filmmakers' Commemorative Edition) in 2002, this is a very moving and respectful account of what happened in Manhattan on September 11 and the weeks that followed.

The film that aired yesterday was an updated edition with a recent visit to Engine 7/Ladder 1. Sadly, the health of those firefighters that survived is not so good. Many are now suffering respiratory problems.
