OT (again) how long for DVLA to do change of address
Hi,

I need to exchange my current driving license (new style) as i've moved house.

Problem is i'm off on my hols in 4 weeks time and will be hiring a car. DVLA website says allow 3 weeks. Anyone have any first hand experience as to how long it might take to sort out?
