Welcome to my world at EWR....Don't you love it, "Let's see if the lines are shorter if we don't tell anyone where they are."" LOL Are they kidding? Of course they'll be shorter. Non elites and elites can not find them. Next they'll move it to the roof parking at the Terminal C parking lot....
Cheers
Just another fine example of the stupidity of the CO staff at EWR. I don't know who the station manager is there but he/she should be FIRED....along with several folks on the management chain below them. The overall level of customer service at EWR as a whole is total Shi*. The folks from Houston ought to get up there and clean house before people begin to actually relish the chance to fly from JFK/LGA.
I to found the elite check-in CLOSED at 745pm on my last visit. I proceeded to check my bag with a skycap for a 9pm non-stop flight to MCO due to the enormous length of the regular line....the bag did not make the flight.
CO service has pretty much sucked this year and I think a lot of people are feeling like they are losing that customer service edge that used to keep them above DL and US and others. Hell even US can get my bag on the plane most of the time.
