I don't even have the conversation anymore, it's a losing battle. The once a year traveller thinks we are so much safer, when I tell them that the cargo on their plane is not screened, they look at me with a blank look and wonder why I care if a Fed-Ex plane is screened or not.

Most don't even know that there is unscreened cargo on their aircraft.
Even my friends who travel quite a bit tell me to give up my fight and just accept the new regulations... it will be much easier for me.
Actually I think they are right. I am looking to change my life big time and get a new job that does not require travel. The TSA has won, I can't/won't fight it anymore.
Our local TV news was talking about how much more car travel there is this holiday weekend because of the TSA liquid ban. I wonder if this is true or not and if it is true, have the airlines noticed it yet or been affected by it yet?
