Right - they never responded to why we were both assigned the same seat. I just couldn't figure out why they disrupted three people for this guy and we had to give up our better seats.

I know its quite unimportant in the scheme of things, but I always wondered what should have been done and if we had less right to the seats because we were flying on FF tickets instead of paid tickets.
