Totally white planes can also be the domain of some of the slightly richer Arabians. You could always tell when they were in town in BNE for the Magic Millions as there would be 3 or 4 "white ghosts" parked to the side of the international terminal.
Or the rich emir can have his plane with the livery of his national carrier, like a Kuwait Airways 747-400. From the outside it looks just like a normal plane which takes almost 400 passengers somewhere, but inside its really different (what I've heard from someone working there inside).
