With 4 hours, it's not worth actually leaving the airport. As said above, it's a BIG place, with a visitors gallery. They do tours, so may be worth booking yourself on one of those. Otherwise, just lounge it!
I'm pretty sure the visitors gallery is closed at the moment. I think they still do the tours.
