You need to purchase the 60-day membership online (then go to a NW-club) or purchase in a club NW-club directly, then they give you a paper card that is good at everywhere a normal club membership is taken.
Thanks! Great to know since the promo cert that i used ($50) said on it that it would only be valid at certain world club locations. I now see that the membership card is like any other though.
