They DO check id..they can loose thier liqour lisc. if they serve you alcohol..the bartenders assume they have checked..id guess if it came down to you actually being served a cocktail and your under 21..the agent and bartender would be fired and you would be arrested..just a thought..and im sure as with all businesses serving alcohol..the state ABC board does random checks from time to time.
I got my ID checked both at the desk AND at the bar one time. I guess its also upto the bartender to make sure the person ordering if over 21.
