Thanks for your reply. I should have specified "Southern" California in my request. I am looking for somewhere warm. We live in the snow belt in Northeastern Ohio and would want to "escape" the wintry conditions. My only concern with Florida is that Thanksgiving would be the tail-end of hurricane season. We certainly will look into possible Florida locations too.
