I was told this over the phone, after waiting 20 mins, she said its 20 kg(same as website), but they would allow 25kg, & I can also check in my hand luggage of 7kg. Seeing as the hand luggage size is now almost unuseable, I plan to check everything in, at least then I can use my allowance.
