Sorry, yes to clarify the three days is smack in the middle of the 2 week holiday and the conference starts the same day as my reservation at Disney begins.

The hotel there will still be used by the family (grandparents are long too) but i'd probably want to move from the coast up to Orlando a few days earlier than had been planned.

Thanks for the input - I guess the issue isn't so much with billing for travel time, but also billing for sleeping time etc...
