I have no idea re spending on the card but the parking offer was valid to Aug31. However they have probably launched a new one from 1 Sep so I would still book it on BAA Advance. I can't remember a single occasion in the last year when the offer wasn't on. They have great rates on T1A car park for weekends away and it's a great way to collect those £5 vouchers to spend in BAA's shopping malls.
