Blank Itinerary
I booked a ticket. It was paid for and confirmed. I saw it in my account. I tried pulling it up online. I got a lot of blanks. I tried searching for it, but I wasn't even able to find it. I called a ticket office and they said everything was good with the reservation, but I called technical support because I couldn't see the information in the reservation. The agent at the technical support center said she could pull it up, but then put me on hold because she wanted to check something. I was on hold for about 10 minutes. Has this happened to you before? Could it be because I booked a ticket that had too many segments? Could it be because it has an illegal connection or routing like below?
