My wife got the newsletter today. I didn't.

She also got credit for our involuntary reroute to Alaska Airlines (from cancelled United). I didn't (and I do check online).

What have I done wrong? I thought it was only that Betty Crocker or Christine Nicholson who didn't like me.

Perhaps I should be content with my e-mails from KLM Sweden.
