Well...sort of. CX also has those very large...for lack of a better word..."Shelves" on both sides of the bulkhead. Whilst not as wide as an entire seat, they are every bit of 18" wide. While it's very cool for the window seats (especially if you have a big laptop you want to watch movies on, you can set your laptop on the shelf, or even just a newspaper and books), the overall effect is that the seats aren't THAT much better. And for two people travelling together, I'd argue CX's layout is more awkward.

And don't get me started on CX's AVOD, or their hardwired headsets (although I've since learned that there's a way you can open a special panel and disconnect them)...or the fact that they cut down every episode of Top Gear they have!
